The 4th Annual American Cancer Society's BARK FOR LIFE was a huge success!
The Team from Sand Creek Animal Hospital had lots of fun meeting and greeting lots of people and dogs at our table!
Here are some photos from last year's event:
Bark For Life is an American Cancer Society Relay For Life fundraising event that will honor the caregiving qualities of our best friends. Bark is a non-competitive walk for dogs and their people to raise funds and awareness in the fight against cancer. It is a fun, valuable contribution to the American Cancer Society and a testament to the care and love shared between dogs and people.
So often our dogs help us through our darkest hours, whether it be guiding the blind, watching over the young or supporting those who are sick and those with cancer.
Bark For Life will celebrate our canine caregivers & survivors, remember those we've lost and help the American Cancer Society save lives.
Bark For Life is a community event and a dog is not required to participate. In addition to the 1-mile walk, there are games, activities, demonstrations, vendors and more. A howling good time for the whole family!
